Module 16: Male Reproductive System

OBJECTIVES: Within this module, you will learn about structure and function of male reproductive anatomy.  Additionally, you will discuss the process of sperm formation.

Upon completion of this module you will be able to:
  • Identify the primary and secondary structures for the male reproductive system and their functions.
  • Explain how sperm and semen is formed.
  • Compare and contrast mitosis and meiosis.
  • Compare and contrast spermatogenesis and oogenesis.
